Day 6 35g net carbs! I'm getting there. 1097 cal, 67g fat, 85g protein. Only 1215 sodium and 13 sugars. Again it's a work in progress.

Day 5 Net carbs 46, 1010 cal and that was because I had eaten only 548 calories and was missing out on nutrients. Otherwise, I would have been at 23 net carbs. I ended up eating eggs and some honey roasted pecans.

I've never even heard of it! Guess I will have to check that out. I've used it in the past and loved it. I haven't even thought to look in my new state! (Been in Florida for 11 years)

Day 4!!!! I'm starting to figure this out, not really. But today I did pretty well. Only 53g net! I didn't eat all my calories (1500 allowed, 952 consumed) nor did I have enough protein (245 allowed, 42g consumed) however, I drank 64oz of water!

Hmmm let's see. Lol. Pretzel flips, fudge pop, and ice cream. I think I didn't get enough protein today so I was extremely hungry by dinner and then only ate 2 cheese hot dogs. Thus the binge eating. Day 3: 98g net carbs. Still learning this whole low carb thing. I was doing very well until after dinner. Hi, my name is Lisa and I am a true carb addict. I actually crave pasta! Wonder if there is a 12 step program?

Guess I will fess up. 311g net carbs!!! However, I was under my calories due to lots of exercise. My body sure is letting me know it today! Feels like a stone sitting in my tummy and I am staying close to the potty.

Day 2: I really don't want to put my net carbs. I completely blew it today. Did a lot of exercise but also emotionally eating.
