I absolutely have the same issue as well . During the month of August, I lost no weight at all. I then realized I had in fact ate too many pickles! I retain so much water and the only thing that seemed to help is eating less sodium, time, be more active and I eat a banana every night. This is for potassium, becuz potassium…

@Nony_Mouse, @rileysowner, I have to wait a whole month before my weight drops off to 4 pds, that has been happening every month of my weight loss. Until this past August, I only lost 2 pds, due I think to increased sodium intake this month. But the rest of the weight won't drop off even a week later.

@scarlett_k As far as any recommendations, I guess I'm just concerned that this month I'm not seeing the scale go down like I usually do towards the end of the month.

I've been at this weight for 2 weeks now without losing any weight and when I track my meals, I try my best to jot down the most accurate results. I lost the 10 pds in 2 months.
