Hello everyone! I am looking for a good protein powder. Lower in carbs is a plus. Also I don’t train, just trying to lose weight. I currently use Muscle Milk protein powder which tastes delicious but not sure if it’s the best for me. Thanks!

What has yr experience with the whoosh effect been like! I've gone 1 month without losing any weight until after the very end when I seem to drop 4 pds all at once. This is how it's been for the majority of my weight loss. Any recommendations/input?

How to deal with plateu
Hi, I find myself becoming very discouraged as I am not losing any more weight after an almost 10 pound loss. I tend to use up my exercise calories too by the way when logging my food. How can I get over this struggle? I need to lose about 80 more pds.

Hitting a plateu

Fluctating weigh in numbers during the day
I'm having a tough time getting an accurate weight on my scale. During the day, I weigh in at different numbers ??? My scale is fairly new and good. The numbers are about 2-3 pds weight difference.
