Hitting a plateu

My starting weight was 289. I've since lost 8 pds leaving me at 281 within a couple of months. I gotta say I was moving more as well, taking evening walks every so often before. It's been 2 weeks now, and I haven't lost any more weight. I'm​ beginning to feel discouraged. I've been logging my meals as usual, but not quite as much exercise, but I do get some. I also try to stay within my caloric goal.

    Trust the process! You may hit a stall here and there, but keep up your logging, healthy eating, and exercise. Track progress with measurements as well, you may see a decrease that may not be obvious on the scale.

    My weight loss stalled for nearly 3 weeks. Soooooo discouraging. Then woosh it dropped quickly. Per the above post, trust the process. Good luck.
