  • I've looked it up (now I'm not great with numbers, I'm a language student haha) and i think it basically aligns with mfp so I'll stick with that for now. I'm also thinking I'll try to include a little treat within cals each day so as to not binge on the weekend. I would absolutely love you as an accountability buddy! 🥺🤗🤗
  • Thank you. I didn't realise it wasn't possible at my weight since 178 feels quite high to me. In terms of exercise, i walk around 5 miles a day at work and either run or do a home workout 3-4 days a week. But I definitely think my inconsistent eating and weekend 😔binges😔 are ruining any progress.

  • I definitely have a lot on my mind at the moment with huge family issues and i find it hard to sleep but I work nights so the noises of the house keep me up. I just really need to lose the weight of the first lockdown and I'm so disappointed that the gyms are now closed 😫

  • Yeah, mfp worked it out for me and I've been sticking to it or just under. Like I said, i exercise three days a week at the gym, both cardio and strength training. Is this just a lull and I'll eventually start losing again? It's been about a month since I lost any weight now.
  • A food scale to measure my food? If so, Yeah I've used that the whole time. I'm just now feeling that I don't know how many calories I need and my weight is no longer dropping.
