None of my local grocers carry the new flavors yet either. That doesn't stop me from checking every time I go, though. I feel like I NEED to get my hands on that Candy Bar flavor.

I eat Halo Top or Enlightened almost every day. Sometimes the whole pint but usually only half. Arctic Zero is gross, IMO.

Yeah I get the single serving things sometimes too but mostly I just buy pints. If I have enough calories for half, I'll eat half. If I'm lucky enough to have calories for the whole thing (sooo Halo Top or Enlightened) I just eat the whole thing. To me a pint is either one serving or 2, I never bother to try to split it in…

You're starting with a Beast? That's bold. Congrats! Get your miles in and strength training. Carry heavy things. Do some burpees. The course is fairly flat but super muddy. Last year everything was super slick because of that. It was a good time. Have fun with it!

I've lost all my weight (~30 lbs total) while on the pill. Log your weekends and make sure you're logging honestly.

When I ran my first TM I had only run as far as a 5k. Most of their courses are pretty flat and the obstacles break it up. You have plenty of time to train and work up your mileage. And yes, focus on strength training as well. The thing about TM is that many obstacles are designed to require assistance from other people.…

I set mine to sedentary. Without a workout I'm lucky to get 5000 steps during the day.

Premier Protein makes one that's 160 cals with 30g protein. Low carbs and fat. They're not the best option, but when I know I need to save calories for later, it works for me.

I do chicken bakes a lot. One of my favorites is to put thin sliced breasts and chopped peppers and onions on a pan. Pour a bottle of hot sauce on top. Top with cheese. Cook at 400 for about 20-25 mins. Usually I serve with rice or salad. Also works well with barbecue/tomato/alfredo/whatever sauce makes you happy. Whatever…

Every Friday. Friday is reserved for dinner out with my fiance and usually an early bedtime for I usually have a race on Saturdays. And when I do have a race on Saturday, I usually do yoga in place of my normal workout.

Running a 4 mile race in the morning, but I have no plans for the evening. Last year my parent's neighbor set off fireworks. He also happens to be my fiancé's coworker, so we might go there and have a drink with them, but that's it.

I don't log on special days (ie mine or my fiancé's birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, vacations, Superbowl Sunday, etc.). Any normal day though? I make my treats fit.
