  • That is a good point. My last one was certainly challenging, but I felt undertrained. Probably part of why I fell out of running, too. I was hoping that actually following the plan I found this time would be better. I'm just not seeing improvement yet on pacing, so I think I'll take it a week at a time. Just enjoy getting…
  • I am using the attached. I was previously a runner and fell away from it. I did my first marathon on little to no training aside from a month or so prior- I had been on a plan but two family members ended up in the ICU derailed all of that. I wouldn't advise running on no plan like I did. . .I finished and ran the whole…
  • Definitely following a plan! My original post missed that and gave the wrong month. I started the plan July 1, 2018. Currently running 20 miles a week. My "staple" runs are at 3-4-5 miles. Long run is 8 this weekend. It is taking me right up to race day, with tamper time in the mix too. I am not having big problems going…
  • Yes I have! Started running again using the plan on July 1. My original post had the wrong month lol! Marathon is early November, and the plan takes me right up to race day. So far on week 6 my long run was 7 miles. This Saturday is goes up to 8 miles. Then it has me running 3-5 miles during the week.
  • Yes, I started an actual training plan on July 1, 2018. If I run 3-4 miles my pace is 12:30-ish. Beyond that and it increases to 13:40+. So far my long run was only up to 7 miles and it took me a bit over an hour and a half
  • Oh geez, that's what I get for trying to use my phone! I meant JULY 1, 2018!! Lol
  • Now we all want to know; what were your personal "success secrets"? :) You look FANTASTIC! I love that the same gorgeous smile carried over!!
  • Morning! Day 2 is going well for me! I ate my 140 calorie breakfast, am already at 60 ounces of water, went for a 10 min walk at work, have only been taking the stairs; good so far! Later today I'll eat my 130 calorie lunch, do a 15-20 minute walk, do a Body Project workout, and eat my veggies!
  • Welcome! I'm new too, and largely still exploring the website. I'm on here because I derailed and gained back all the weight I previously had lost. I lost it all the first time by running and eating well. I stopped doing both largely, and gained it all back ;) Consistency would prove to be necessity!!
  • Welcome! I'm new here too. I need to get back into running again - I used to run just about every day!
  • I ate my 80 cal yogurt for lunch, took the stairs at work, downed 100 ounces of water, exercised, and ate my veggies for dinner!
  • Good luck, and welcome! I'm new here too
  • I've had an account for a while too, but never actually used it before or explored. Welcome! I'm in my 20's too trying to get healthy again. Not a vegan, but I respect the decision!
  • Hi all! My name is Heather. I currently weigh my heaviest at 150.8, I am 5"4, and would like to get back down to 125-130. I've done it before. I weighed 147 and got down to 125 in a month just with eating well and running. I ran a marathon last year! Yet I have been slipping since and just not motivated. . . Today is my…
