    Welcome! I'm new too, and largely still exploring the website. I'm on here because I derailed and gained back all the weight I previously had lost. I lost it all the first time by running and eating well. I stopped doing both largely, and gained it all back ;)

    Consistency would prove to be necessity!!

    Consistency. If you consitantly and accurately log, you have a MUCH better chance at being successful. I've also found it helpful to make friends and open my diary to them for feedback. Sometimes you can get really insightful suggestions from others that keep you accountable. (It is also quite validating when you have a good day and people comment on it!)
