Bodyweight squats into leg abductions (squat, raise one leg to the side, squat, raise other leg to the side) Bodyweight squats into toe touch Bodyweight squats into kickbacks (squat, kickback, squat, kickback other leg) Glute bridges (like a hip thrust but the upper back isn't elevated) Bird dogs (you may need to google)…

What are your reasons for going vegan? I wouldn't recommend Veganism for anything other than ethical reasons.

Eat at maintenance and continue whatever exercise regimen (but avoid anything that gets you too hot, do not work out in heat) for now until your second trimester and then you need to remove any exercises that are laying down. That is all I can currently remember. Also talk to your doctor of course! Congratulations ☺️

Eat at maintenance and you will slowly get both strength and aesthetic results, it just take longer but in my opinion is worth it!
-
I think if you are starting a new program you should maintain. It's hard to build strength while cutting (it is possible) But you also don't want to gain any more fat, this new training stimulus, enough food but not too much and you should see some slow but steady positive results in both training and aesthetics

For sure! I would recommend these exercises as a starting point, as you used to have a trainer I trust you understand sets and reps! To avoid burning too many calories I would split up the exercises like so: Lower Body: Bodyweight Squat into leg abduction (squat, raise one leg to one side, squat, raise other leg to other…
-
More sets are good for heavy compound movements. Not for a Training split like this.

The program is fairly "balanced" but missing glute work and there's Too many exercises. I would recommend something more along the lines of: Lower Body: A1: Heavy Goblet Squats 4x8 A2: Bodyweight Back Extensions 4x12 B1: High Step Ups or Low/Mod DB Step Ups 4x8 each leg B2: Lying Leg Curls 4x12 C1: Seated Lever Calf Raises…

I also agree that you should eat more, apologies for not noticing your stats. Ask your doctor about rehab exercises and eat more and healthily to help you heal as well as the above advice I gave you and the other helpful information.

Can you explain the question again? I'm unsure if the above answer is the answer you need because I don't understand the question.

What they both said. I start my day off with a high fat breakfast of bulletproof coffee flavoured with caramel macchiato BCAAS and some fresh fruit. You could alternatively have bacon and eggs with veggies, this suppresses my appetite most of the day and I don't usually end up eating lunch (just a Soy coffee) until about…
-
You could also have eggs, bacon and veg/fruit for a similar if not better effect
-
I start each day with a bulletproof coffee (not paleo, just a coffee lover and barista) which consists of: 1 cup fresh espresso, 1 tbsp cultured or grass fed butter, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and I add cafe series amino energy BCAAS in caramel macchiato flavour ATM to increase amino acids in that meal, optional though or you…

Yeah I'm sorry but you may have to set a smaller goal, but please do not be discouraged. You will be much happier if you stick to having a goal

Thank you so much for sharing, you are so strong. Yes practitioners are only just starting to realise many of these symptoms being depression and anxiety have causes that need to be worked through so that people can heal properly. Xxxx

Complex Post Traumatic Disorder means that you have suffered multiple traumas that have all effected you mentally. There is also a lot of personal work that needs to be done through counselling and self help, medication is only there to assist you.

Complex post traumatic stress disorder is caused by multiple traumas that throughout life, but is not often diagnosed as C-PTSD but instead PTSD of BPD (borderline personality disorder), to me it sounds like you've been through multiple traumas. Thanks so much for commenting, you are strong x
-
Ah yes. I'm sorry for what you've been through. I have nightmares often myself. Thanks for posting I shall add you x
-
Thank you for your kind words! Xxx I agree with you, and want to help other people with similar problems realise they are not alone as it's a very isolating issue
-
I understand and I'm sorry for whatever caused your PTSD. I feel very bitter, blameful and angry at times, but my daughter and my inner strength/stubbornness keeps me fighting on. Your inner strength is why you are angry and you can redirect it
-
Thank you for commenting. I'm so sorry this happened to you. For me I grew up with my mother who has been addicted to weed as long as I can remember and eventually became an alcoholic and became depressed also. I met my father when I was 3 as he and mum separated before I was born, he was and still is depressed but is a…

Because your calorie intake is determined BEFORE exercise, you add your exercise calories and MFP expects you to eat them back.
