  • Don’t beat yourself up too much about it, I usually fast for 16-24hrs and try to get some sort of cardio in to try an use up as much of the glucose stored from said binge, then just carry on with low carb diet..... we have all been there, just pick up where u left off best u can.
  • I have been on a wee break from keto (about a month), but ready to get back on it as of tomorrow..... I dislike this feeling of being sluggish and bloated, although my weight does not seem to have fluctuated much at all, much to my surprise! I generally stay below 18g of carbs, it’s finding what works best for u x

  • I have been following a keto lifestyle for little over a year now, had a wee break and am just slowly trying to ease myself back into it again..... easier said than done ha!
  • @joiahstewart I have currently kind of hit a plateau too, although having breaks here and there swinging in and out of keto since beginning of this year probably hasn’t helped me! My macros are currently F75%/P15%/C5% Will definitely be looking into cyclical keto in the near future, need to swing back into ketosis 1st
