Guess what? When I was doing it that way, I was getting fat until I did my own research, found a knowledgeable group, ketogains and I've been losing since. Sorry, you are wrong. Too much fat will in fact make you fat.

Thanks! So far I have lost three pounds in 3 days. This way makes more sense to me to track the macros. I think I was eating WAY too much fat with Atkins when I just counted carbs.
