  • I try to prepare all condiments at home and I avoid something "ready to use" from supermarket. I do prefer simple hot chili/garlic/turmeric instead something packed with chemicals and sugar. Oil: I use 90% of the case extra virgin greek olive oil. Rest: sunflower oil.

  • @barbheart, read again your blood sugar level and be VERY happy. The weight will go down, in time. Just do OMAD and some water fast from time to time....
  • yesterday meal: wild carp, bulgur, turmeric, garlic + 12% fat cream. today: 4 eggs, veggies, hot chili and leftover (garlic) strange thing, my weight increased a bit, not happy about this.

  • Week no1 I lost too much, too quickly. I decided for week no2 to slow down the speed a little bit . Veggies, cheese, sea fruits, tons of very hot chili, 5 cloves of garlic. I finished my yesterday meal in tears :'(

  • My body asked me yesterday for something sweet. So, I ate 2 kilos of melon. Nothing else. Today , I ate something more consistent. One FULL plate. (home made tzatziki, salad, chicken, sausages, some chia seeds, eggplants. Of course, 2 ACV and 4 cloves of garlic as usual)
