This week I eat normally, and I think I met the first plateau. It is ok, I feel just fine, and only for my ego I will do something to go below 100Kg. Then, time to strict OMAD and some fitness.

This week I eat mostly fish and veggies. Didn't follow one plate rule, but I avoided to eat too many carbs. I am very close to 100 kg milestone. Just realized that I've done 2/3 of my weight target (melted 22.1kg, still need to lose 10.4kg) For next week I will eat the same style, and hope to be less than 100 kg in few…

I used veggies instead rice. Similar result :) 1kg of baby herring is less than 3 usd. 1/2kg of veggies (mexican mix) is 0,5usd. As I said , cheap and healthy....

Yesterday I went to the shopping mall and I bought 3 jeans. What a pleasure to wear jeans again, after 10 long years ..... Let's see the (good) news Friday ! This weekend menu: boring stuff, frozen/canned. Nothing special, just LCHF meals.

I have a good source for wild mushrooms, no problem here. In few days I will mark my 30 days of OMAD. I hope for next week to lose more weight, I need to stick to basic OMAD. I will try to eat only veggies/sea fruits/birds/fish. Also, one plate rule. No more pork/cow for a week. Also, low carbs. Need to be lower that 100Kg…

yes, also few bay leaves. Today I eat something unusual: ribs of wild boar, some bacon and black beans. I stopped only after I eat the whole pan :'( :'( :'( Next week I plan something boring, no more photos.

Strange week for me, with yo-yo weight. Can't weight for tomorrow's official weight. Yesterday menu: homemade pickled forest mushrooms, some pork and tzatziki. I didn't eat the whole plate.

Just stay away for a while for the food who spike your insulin level. Check any website with glycemic index like www.glycemicindex.com ans stay away (for a while) for IG > 55. Do this and also OMAD and you will be amazed..... You will lose weight for sure.

You are doing OMAD (losing weight stage) for more than 1 year with awesome results. Congrats ! I have one question for you: during this period, do you feel that the body need a pause from losing ? Or, do you feel that you lose too much into a very short time ?

Yesterday I bought some free range chickens and after I cut them in pieces I made also some awesome chicken greaves. I also bough some lard from mangalita pork, his lard is similar with salmon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangalica), very healthy fat. And today I celebrate :) 3 eggs fried in mangalita lard with chicken…
