I have a good source for wild mushrooms, no problem here.
In few days I will mark my 30 days of OMAD. I hope for next week to lose more weight, I need to stick to basic OMAD. I will try to eat only veggies/sea fruits/birds/fish. Also, one plate rule. No more pork/cow for a week. Also, low carbs. Today meal, simple one (home made humus, jalapenos, chili, some bacon). Drink: home made tomato juice.

Yesterday I went to the shopping mall and I bought 3 jeans. What a pleasure to wear jeans again, after 10 long years .....

Next week I will try to eat normal OMAD, one plate rule. Also some carbs, but not too much. 1.8kg is almost 4 pounds, a bit too much for one week.

Some of that loss is water to support glycogen storage. When you go low carb, you don't store as much glylcogen and hence not as much water. If you eat carbs again, you will gain a lb or two of that back immediately, which will only be water so don't be alarmed (its a one time deal and won't keep adding on). You most likely didn't lose 4-lbs of fat for the week. If you continue low carb this next week you will see how much fat you really are losing on a low carb diet. Having said that, I think low carb is good for weight loss, but it is not for me.0

Bob is right about the carbs, I gained 10.8 pounds after eating a lot of carbs for 3 days and then lost 8.8 pounds in 3 days by eating low carb0

@blambo61, thank you for the info about carbs, it was new for me.
This week is a busy one, kids started school, a lot of work, etc. So, OMAD but with higher quantities. I eat fishes mostly mackerel, sardines, trout, etc. Of course, with veggies or mushrooms. One day I eat tons of carbs, I enjoyed one glass of wine, etc. I will be happy if my Friday weight will be less than 102 Kg
Next week I will try what @blambo61 said. One week of low carbs, then weight, then another week of low carbs. Can't wait to test that. Anyway, let's finish this week first.0 -

Cheap food, and very healthy. Good fat, good omega's, etc

I used veggies instead rice. Similar result
1kg of baby herring is less than 3 usd. 1/2kg of veggies (mexican mix) is 0,5usd. As I said , cheap and healthy....0 -
This week I eat mostly fish and veggies. Didn't follow one plate rule, but I avoided to eat too many carbs.
I am very close to 100 kg milestone. Just realized that I've done 2/3 of my weight target (melted 22.1kg, still need to lose 10.4kg)
For next week I will eat the same style, and hope to be less than 100 kg in few days.
