    Great idea, but make sure you are not wearing work clothes because turmeric stains never never come out!

    Good morning, finally it is Friday :D

    I already achieved my 105 kg mark !!! This week I melted via OMAD another 1.3 Kg (2.86 pounds).
    June 2017 -> 122.5. August 25, 2017 -> 104.6 Kg. Difference: 17.9 Kg (39.46 lbs)
    WEEK	WEIGHT(KG)	DIFF(KG)	TOTAL LOST(KG)	NOTES
    =======================================================================
    0	110.3 NA NA STARTING OMAD
    1	107.2		3.1		3.1		ALL OK
    2	105.9		1.3		4.4		Phase 2 OMAD - done.
    3	104.6		1.3		5.7		ALL OK

    No cheat day, yet. Let's establish another goal: to have no more than 99.99 kg until New Year o:)

    I can't decide which is better, your weight loss or your food. Both are outstanding.

    Yesterday I bought some free range chickens and after I cut them in pieces I made also some awesome chicken greaves.

    I also bough some lard from mangalita pork, his lard is similar with salmon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangalica), very healthy fat.

    And today I celebrate :)

    3 eggs fried in mangalita lard with chicken greaves. Plus some tomatoes and 2 cloves of garlic. Awesome, trust me ... probably more than 2000 cal but who cares ?!

    Also, no carbs.

    Chicken greaves. I had to look it up. Seasoned with lemon and lime? Oh yeah, that's my kind of stuff.

    Also looked up mangalita pork. Awesome! I'm on my way.

    You are too kind, thank you.

    Yesterday menu: gizzards, some sesame paste, turmeric, some tomatoes. Of course, cooked in lard (too much lard, lol).

    Strange week for me, with yo-yo weight. Can't weight for tomorrow's official weight.

    Yesterday menu: homemade pickled forest mushrooms, some pork and tzatziki. I didn't eat the whole plate.

    Homemade pickled mushrooms. Very interesting! DO you use the hot vinegar/sugar/salt method for pickling?

    yes, also few bay leaves.

    Today I eat something unusual: ribs of wild boar, some bacon and black beans. I stopped only after I eat the whole pan :'(:'(:'(

    Next week I plan something boring, no more photos.
