Try emotionally eating during the dating scene. I’m trying to stay focus on me, that gets my mind off of things.

I watch those Documentaries and slowly moving to the other side. Not quite all the way there, will love to know good recipes to feed my kids.

When my 2 daughters told me mom you are "fat". I knew that they were right, I was always tried and hardly made time to play with them. They even said "mommy you don't play with us".
