Yes, I take prescription medication two times a day for my problems but they aren't always the most effective. I have gastritis and acid reflux. I also suffer from colitis sometimes.. It could also be from stress.. A journal is a good idea too. I used to journal a lot and I remember it helped.

I will be seeing my doctor in a few months, so if I don't see any change I will talk to him about it! Has anyone tried apple cider vinegar with honey? I have heard a rumor that it is good for some stomach issues but have never heard it straight from someone who has tried it.

Thank you all for the great advice!! I will definitely be trying the ginger and the teas as well! I'll also be recording more of how foods make me feel during the day to see how things effect me. :smile: I hope the teas will help with my nausea at least.

I think working out still tires me out easily because I have never been very active. Even as a child I never played sports or anything like that. I'll have to give yoga a try ☺️ I just need to get a yoga mat or something... my floor is all tile. That 30 day challenge doesn't look bad either! I just have absolutely no idea…
