Today I shall OFFICIALLY start recording what I eat and what exercises I do, so that I may be more aware of my diet and exercise habits, and to help me make healthier choices. If I can keep it up for an entire week, I will try out the apps one free month trial!
I could really use some suggestions for healthy but cheap/easy to make meals and some exercise suggestions.. I was never taught much about health and wellness. I really want to change that.

Awesome! You will never look back, it’s such a great feeling when you see what you accomplish. I am a Mum of 2 who’s regaining her fitness & find the easiest thing to do is to keep it simple to begin with. My dinners are majority meat & vegetables done different ways (roasted, steamed, salads), lunches are usually leftovers of dinner the night before or a salad & meat wrap, breakfast is generally oats or a protein smoothie or sometimes toast with eggs. My workouts are mainly body weight based (you really don’t need a gym). Feel free to message me if you want some more detailed ideas. I’m at the beginning of week 4 so far & feeling stronger3

I too have started today to change my life . I am only 48 and have just been diagnosed with high blood pressure , high cholesterol and pre diabetes in the last few months. Its time to reverse that with a change in lifestyle.4

Two-year user and laid-back fitness freak (I'm hideously lazy in most other walks of life, and a big believer in a eating what you want inside your caloric budget) checking in. Feel free to add me if you'd like some feedback on common exercises, how to lose fat, build muscle, etc. I've done it all, with the dietary tracking furnished by the app.2
