Hi. I tried Keto for about six months and my hormones were all over the place, didn't work. I switched to a plant based, whole foods way of eating while limiting dairy and meat which has been a success. These are funny but often very true! My old track coach used to say "don't dig your own grave with a knife and fork" and I like the saying "eat to live, don't live to eat." I'm enjoying reading these, good post :) :) :)

^^^this made me laugh so hard :D :D :D :D ! All I can say Jonathan is that it does get better over time. You have to conquer your mind when it comes to social anxiety which can be tougher than weight loss by itself. Great job on taking the first steps. You can add me if you like. Best wishes ;)

Count me in!!! I used to drink red wine roughly 3x a week to unwind from my day. I've been alcohol free for about 2 months but it's still a challenge (work events, social outings, etc). I've taken up yoga to help with stress and recently incorporated weight lifting. Good Luck everyone, add me if u like :) :) :) :) :)

I agree^^^^^. If you have limited time, you have to try and incorporate more movement into your schedule. Such as taking the stairs instead of using the elevator or parking further away from where you need to go. For me, any extra movement out of my regular routine helped kickstart my weight loss. Plus keeping your diet inโฆ

I definitely can relate. You don't realize how addicting certain foods are until you decide to stop eating them. Then all hell breaks loose....lol. My weakness is cheese & chocolate. Great job on getting back on track & the weight loss. We are in this together!

Hi. It could be that your diet or exercise regimen needs to be altered. You may need to increase or decrease calories or you may just need to increase your workouts. The link fbk provided should help to get you started.
