Allow me to reintroduce myself

What's up Fellow MFPers. I'm here trying to get it going again. I'm currently a 6ft 240lbs Dad of 2. At my heaviest I was 275 lbs then with hard work and dedication I was able to drop to 223lbs, but like all of us "Life Happens". So I'm back to drop those lbs and more. My goal is 200. That being said I have never been under 200 lbs in my adult life. I have very limited time and even more limited equipment. So that leave me to just daily 3-3 Basketball (around 30 mins) and Treadmill time. I cannot stand running but I try to implement a run-walk treadmill program around 2.25miles in 34 mins 4-5 days a week. Any tips or pointers will be greatly appreciated.

I agree^^^^^. If you have limited time, you have to try and incorporate more movement into your schedule. Such as taking the stairs instead of using the elevator or parking further away from where you need to go. For me, any extra movement out of my regular routine helped kickstart my weight loss. Plus keeping your diet in check.2
