I'm back on MFP for the third time and need some extra support to keep me motivated! I want to lose 50-60 lbs by this time next year-who's with me??

Hi folks, I started on Saturday 15 July and have dropped 5lb.
Starting 239lb
Current 234lb
Goal 180lb3 -

Current - 196 lb
Goal - 154 lb

Going to start by making it through today with no sweets. For me that mostly means no soda or chocolate. And also getting back on track with calorie counting and getting up early tomorrow for kickboxing.3
