  • Depending on genetics, women tend to lose weight from their legs last. Your best bet is to do more of everything (progressively heavy lifts also with high rep burn out finisher type of exercises, and cardio) and make sure you are eating clean.

  • No goal weight for me. Trying to compete so just want low body fat and maintain as much muscle mass. Off season no goal weight. Heavier doesn't bother me when Im building. I like both looks tbh. The number doesn't matter at all.

  • Im an IFer too! I love it! Congrats on the progress! I have been slipping up the last two weeks and need to get back on it. I love working out fasted. I didn't lose weight because I was already at my goal, but I noticed with IF my body fat percentage went down.
