  • That doesn't sound like too much to me. As long as you are working out and eating lean protein you are okay. Your muscles need protein to function as well as "grow/tone". Make sure you are drinking a ton of water though, because too much protein can be dangerous for your kidneys.

  • I'm not anywhere near you but as far as gyms go... I LOVE LOVE LOVE the YMCA!!!! I have been part of 24 hour... and it is no where as friendly and wide spanned as the YMCA. If there is one near you I suggest taken a look at that place! :happy: Hope I helped a little
