  • Yep, i just made myself a spread sheet over the weekend. I come here to weigh in and see how many calories are in food and lost in exercise and just document it myself. What web browser are you using? I'm on firefox.
  • Next time anyone asks what I am doing when i'm doing yoga i'm simply going to reply "Booty Ballet!" from here on after. In any case I'm a jogger. I wake up at 5:30 and hit the road for thirty minutes four days out of the week.
  • I'm curious to what exercises you were doing, were they super intense? Although everyone is different, I would strongly recommend some sort of physical moment even if its just walking thirty minutes a day. Try downing a bottle of water before and after exercise see if that suppress some of those pesky hungries.
