Day 1 of morning exercise I went for a 9km run and did my short HIIT circuit. I felt amazing all day long. It gave me such an energy and positive boost all day long. I found out I'm a balanced oxidizer... therefore I'm increasing my fat and protein intake (saw a benefit from it) but I still binge sometimes. Maybe I should also sleep more

Hello! Thank you a lot for your message! It's nice to know that you care for my condition. As I said before I was hospitalized due to the low weight I reached. Since then I'm followed by a doctor and a psychologist! They gave me a maximum and a minimum weight I can get to! And they are keeping an eye on me :)
