4kg lost due to the cleanse Just working on keeping it off

Guys I respect your opnions regardless But I'm not asking for anything other than the max weight I could lose with exercise and diet Not what's best or what is ok I am ok with gaining it back and I doubt I will because now I'm off the meds my hunger is normalised

I have. But he made me book another appointment for the future and said it was a vanity problem and not a real concern I get that but I am still eager to lose the weight I gained which seemed like it was out of nowhere :(

I try to remember that it's my responsibility and I can change it. Only you can really impact the number on the scale. Remember that it's not out of your control. Take back power.

Thanks for this I feel people are on their high horses before even thinking of how I feel and what I'm happy with I would rather go through a little challenge for a few months than make no effort. We overeat in the western world and there is nothing wrong with me challenging myself! I'm not asking anyone else to do…

True and not true It's not for an event but I do want it as a lifestyle That being said as it's a medication based weight gain I am more eager than ever to get it off
-
I agree 100% I think it's totally underambitious to say just 5lbs Barely seems worth trying

Another thing guys is I'm asthmatic and I can't jog or do intensive sport in all honesty At Least not now
-
How'd you manage that? I am able to put in plenty of exercise But I hate exercising at this size Because I got a lot extra that usual in the bust area and I'm getting back ache So exercise is tricky at this stage What was your routine? I will feel so much more confident with 10 lost

5lbs a week? I'm confused

Thanks so much I'm pretty sure my overeating is correlated to allergies and discomfort also I'm aware that anti histamines cause weight gain which is why I stopped regularly using them I'm interested in pro topic Is this a topical or oral treatment? So far topical has been next to useless in my adulthood Im in uk and…

I never took anything aside from anti histamine as a kid If there is a medication that works for you please do share? I'm in serious search for something that works Glad you're seeing some relief :)

Oh my gosh! Thought I was the only one. I almost always wake up with tight, sore eyes. They look smaller than they actually are in the morning. This really annoys me. I have big round eyes but they look almost almond these days and the undereye circle is mad. Something has to give. I am also allergic to dust so I did a…

I never took allergy shots and I do suffer from dust allergies and get eczema Not to mention puffy lips and swollen eyes Was thinking of elimination diet?

Do you guys think medication or hypnosis could help with eating disorders? I swing between under and over eating I am logging my food but do better when I write it down so I've been doing that lately I heard simply skipping with a rope is a pretty cost effective way to burn excess calories also I have a pretty weak body…

I started this general dieting around a month ago I've seen small results But I am up for a challenge I would appreciate pushing myself as I have a tendency to fall out of routines I am interested in more zero calories alkaline diets and cleansing Not only am I heavier but I generally feel bloated

What kind of health conditions or issues can cause rapid weight gain? I've been dieting since I gained it and am unable to shift the weight. It's stubborn!

To be fair I have visited my doc and admitted a weight gain and a great deal of shame with it. He told me he didn't feel I was unhealthy and felt it was a number on the scale or vanity based concern. Possibly true. He has set up some blood tests for me to check on any underlying issues that could have caused the gain. I…

Im aware I'm not being PC about this but I felt obliged to tell you the whole truth. I'm not taking xenical so I'm taking alli which is half strength. I honestly don't eat much fat so I have not been having horrible side effects. But I do take the liver damage stuff seriously. So I think I won't take the full supply but…

I feel like everyone just makes immature jokes about the medication But what would be helpful is knowing how to fully utilise its benefits :)

I have spoken to professionals but they say similar things. This is an internal thing and I don't believe that they can magic it away. Either way. I am better now and even let myself go a little with the ssris but now it's time to take back some control. I am on a low dose of alli and so haven't noticed any awful side…

Also my issue with anorexia means I struggle to healthily log food without quickly developing an unhealthy obsession with it. Not to mention food phobias and guilt. I thought this could be a way to ensure less obsessive behaviour on my behalf. Honestly I get very panicked when I'm above 9 stone. I struggle.

Hey thanks guys Just to let you know I'm just trying the alli for a month to shift this weight as it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I have reduced my diet but used to have phobias of eating fat but using alli I feel like I can do a small degree. I'm just trying to ensure a swift, but non-starvation style weight loss.…
