  • My mission is to loose 30 lbs. I loose weight at a very slow rate which usually demotivates me by month 3. I hope I can stick around long enough to see the 30 lbs gone. Good luck everyone :)

  • @Janedod I missed my Zipfizz :'( Since, I started keto and i only get 20 carbs. My Zipfizz was among the first things to get cut. 2g of carbs is rough at the beginning.

  • I use a heart rate monitor and set my app to Pilates. Then I let the app log it for me. If you don't have a heart rate monitor. I would use Pilates as a base, it is similar.
