You can't train the same muscles every day because you don't grow that way you would do more damage than good you actually get stronger outside the gym when you let the muscles heal

And I also do hitt twice a day 6 days a week immediately after my am workout and right before bedtime

Legs mon ,chest tues ,back and arm weds, shoulders thurs, legs Fri, light full body Saturday minus legs bc hit them twice already but Saturday is calisthenics pull ups, dips, abs Sunday off

I'm doing legs twice a week and trying to squeeze in a third day but really light weight and only like 3 sets on the third day followed by whatever workout on that day and was just wondering if I would be overtraining..
