I usually go to the gym first thing in the morning while at the gym I spend an hour and 45 min strength training and cardio I added 45 of cardio at night over the weekend I plan to do this 6 days a week it's not unusual for me to train 6 days a week except for the additional 45 min of cardio/hit at night before bed that I added into the mix what is your opinion?

Nope. As long as you're eating right. 6 days a week work, 1 day rest is not over training.

Yeah, he had a great looking body and the best part is that I think it's probably achievable by most people if they work hard enough... unlike a lot of the body's we see currently see in fitness mags and such. :)

There is no such thing as overtraining as long as you are eating and resting.
