Do you use a fitbit? I think 0-4000 step a day would be the lowest. But I think whatever you set it at, I do the lowest, then if you happen to move more during the day I get some additional calorie added to your daily. Are you on a calorie deficit? Are you counting all calories? what does MFP say your calorie goal should be and what are you consuming? What is your goal for weight loss?

I scan the bar codes on the exact food I'm eating whenever possible. The wife keeps all the packages for me when she cooks. :). Foods like bacon, and side dishes can vary greatly from brand to brand. 3) I budget all of my food ahead of time, so I know exactly where I'll end up by the end of the day. I like bourbon on the weekends, but that adds calories so I just take aways other stuff. 4) I'd say push through. Seeing your mistakes may motivate u next time.

I find broccoli and cauliflower fill me up. Cauliflower is my go-to for almost everything.

I don't know, but I notice the restaurant BJ's here in phoenix has bison burgers at about 600 calories. Wanted to try it.

Less calories. That's the secret. What does mfp give u for your calorie goal? Follow it and u will lose weight.

I wouldn't work out before going to bed. Just cus, at least 4 me, it makes it harder to fall asleep. As far as what time is most beneficial, I don't think it matters. But others may have better advice.

Btw some foods do not like being vacuum sealed. U should look it up before hand.

Instead of freezing, I've been vacuum sealing. Not for long term, but for a week or two. Seems to work for me.

I do pretty much the same thing ^^^. I usually prepare all my breakfast and lunches for the week on Sunday. Then I invested in a vacuum sealer to keep much of it fresh. TIP - Some foods are not "vacuum seal" friendly.

I go on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Wednesday I just leave work a few hours early to miss the crowds. I realize everyone can't do that. I am lucky enough to have a salaried position and my boss is awesome. But Friday and Sunday I find the gym to be pretty empty. Maybe try those days and then try to work another day…

Bourbon, neat, weekends only and I count every drop. Watching the calories add up, guilts me into drinking less.
