I love my fitbit. I checked the accuracy when walking a known distance and it's spot on. Within a few steps per mile. But it will sometimes add steps that I didn't take. Like just sitting at my desk I notice 30 or 40 steps an hour. Also some activities will fool the fitbit. When I ride my Motorcycle to work it will clock…

I recently switched over to planking, because crunches were straining my next every few months. I would have to take a week or two off. Maybe it will help with your pain too.

Personally, I don't add anything except actual workouts. I also use a fitbit and use the step counter. I don't think I'd add anything unless I actually felt like I got some kind of a workout from it.

I set mine as light, and link my fitbit. So when I am more active it auto logs it.

I eat all leftovers cold. No matter what they are. Not because I'm a freak about microwaves, but because I prefer leftovers cold. Not dinners, just the leftovers.

I can't really add anything more than the other comments I see here. But I just wanted to point out that just because you're eating salads doesn't mean they are low calorie. Just look up some of the calories in restaurant salads and you'll see my point. Just as an example many BK salads have more calories than in a whopper.

I question any diet that states you can eat all the protein you can handle, and you will lose weight. If you eat 5000 calories of protein and only burn 2000 a day, you will gain weight. Losing weight, in theory, is pretty easy. burn more than you consume. It really doesn't matter what types of calories you consume. Just my…

I love reading all of these and I have to admit, I used to believe much of this before joining MFP. Although I never gave out advice to anyone. I particularly love the Atkins and Mediterranean diet stuff.

If you are married, flirting is not cool unless your S.O. is ok with it.

Funny. Lol. But to be serious, just don't give it away. The dogs that are out there, and there are many, will give up after one or two dates. With the wife and i, I was in no hurry. Probably was a few months and 8 or 9 dates. If they really are looking for long term, then a few more months won't matter.

There are married guys everywhere, not just online dating sites. Pretty easy to figure out if they're married though.
