U can friend me. Similar to the above poster. I basically plan my entire day out the night before. And I rarely cheat. If I think about it, I just can't bring myself to log it, and I MUST log it before I eat it. So I just don't eat it. Rule one. ... you must log everything.

1-1.5 per week. And yes, I add exercise, but I don't think it's necessary. But if you wanna eat more, you can get some exercise in and buy yourself some more calories. :)

No, non alcoholic wine is made just like wine, then the alcohol is removed. Juice is never allowed to ferment. If that makes sense.

My fitbit typically says I burn 3500 to 4000 calories a day. This includes resting cal's + exercise cals. I'd say I thinks it's way to high. I don't eat anywhere close to that many cal's in a day

I like my bourbon on the weekend, and ^^ is what I do. I add them into my diary in the morning, then I know what I have left to eat. Also, you can go on a nice walk or bike ride to make up for some extra calories. I also do this on nights the wife and I wanna go out to eat and I know I'm going to go over.

I was drinking way too much, the way I got it under control was to have a schedule. Weekends only. Then I'll keep it to 3 a day. Usually one in the morning and two in the evening. And everything is measured and logged, which helps me not have a fourth. I just don't have enough calories to spare.

It fluctuates, mostly because of water weight, but some weeks it shows me losing nothing, and other weeks it might be 2 or even 3 lbs. Just last week, for example, I went from 206 down to 202 then back up to 204. I really don't pay too much attention to the scale. I just am very strict about my calories and I'm thinking it…

2 lbs a week for me is too aggressive. But I'm 203lbs, 5'11" and at 1510. And I eat back half of my exercise calories. Which gives me a few hundred more.

I ran out of gas a few weeks ago and had to push the beast 4 miles to the nearest gas station in 110-degree temperatures. I can assure everyone, I burned some calories that day. :D - True story But seriously, who cares? Just ride if it makes you happy. And if it burns extra calories, then that's a bonus.
