Hi Guys, looking for some advice. I'm on maternity leave, have an eight month old and two year old ... my question is, what activity level should I be set at ? I do go gym etc, but only when I get the time. I'm loosing weight every week, but just wondered if I should be eating more. Thanks

Do you use a fitbit? I think 0-4000 step a day would be the lowest. But I think whatever you set it at, I do the lowest, then if you happen to move more during the day I get some additional calorie added to your daily. If you don't move much then, well, you get the point.
If you don't have a fitbit, then there are Apps you can get that will keep track.0
