Making the change

I've decided to make a change. I'm 27 and starting tomorrow will start my first diet. My goal by next August is to lose 100lbs. I would like to lose 50lbs by my 28th birthday in April. Going to be a long journey!!!! Just tired of being overweight.

    Welcome Brandon, and congrats for taking steps to getting healthy!

    Stick to your calories, track your food, be honest about what you are tracking, drink water, and get and stay active. And I believe your goal is totally obtainable.
