I, for one, think it's refreshing that we're finally standing up to NK's bullying. Sanctions haven't been working and I'm fairly certain they won't be easier to deal with as a nuclear power.

I read something yesterday talking about how 'back in the day' people were more accepting of smokers and how currently smokers are demonized for clearly being inconsiderate evil people who put our children at risk for exposing them to second hand smoke. I think it could be argued that being overly judgmental is on the rise.

I have the same issue most days, though my numbers are about double yours. I try to focus on high-calorie foods when I actually do eat. That way even though I don't eat often, when I do I'm getting the most 'bang for my buck.' Good luck and congrats on your first post!

I was so bored at work today that I actually signed back up on MFP.

I've always heard not to work at a restaurant that serves food that you actually like because you'll eventually end up hating it. I'm not advocating that you do the bakery equivalent of smoking an entire pack of cigarettes in one sitting, but... maybe? haha. jk. Be strong, you got this!

Not sure I would have done anything either besides enjoy the show and let the situation work itself out. I'd probably just have watched to make sure things don't get violent. I definitely don't want to be the kind of person that stands there, recording on my phone, like some doof.
