Does anyone know the approximate weight range for differently sized eggs? We have our own hens and would be good to know roughly what size their eggs are.

[quote="hungrywombat;c-41896094" One thing I would say is that there is a risk of injury from poor form with body pump. My current gym has a couple of really decent body pump instructors who do actually instruct and correct people's form. However in other gyms I have also seen some people with really awful form, who have…

I like sh’bam! Occasionally I’ll do combat and sometimes we have balance as yoga cover.

I find that whey can be an issue as it can be derived with rennet, which isn’t suitable for vegetarians. There are lots of seemingly veggie foods that are labelled as unsuitable for this reason, in the UK at least.

I had several fitbits over the last few years and they are very motivating. I have since changed to an Apple Watch for some of the call/messaging features but would still recommend Fitbit as far as trackers are concerned.

I second my protein. They always have good discounts too

Lots of people make significant age gaps work. A friend of mine and his partner have the same age gap and me and my mum. They’re very happy and in love, he has taken on the older children as his own and they also have a baby together. Don’t rule it out, stay open minded and see where it goes.

Linda McCartney do a shredded hoisin duck sub. It’s tasty :)

Lactose intolerance is exactly that, an intolerance to the sugar lactose. Cows milk allergy is completely different and relates to proteins. The two are distinct issues and shouldn’t be confused. I am lactose intolerant, I am not allergic to cows milk. Lactose intolerance is often dosage dependant, with different products…

More likely it’s the fructans in the wheat that are causing the issue.

My pt rolled my calves on one when i had sore legs. It felt nice and eased the soreness.

I believe that’s how it’s intended to work

Please do it with the guidance of a medical professional.

I had a lot of success with weight watchers a few years ago and lost around 90 lb. I found it increasingly difficult once I became a vegetarian and switched to MyFitnessPal. I have considered joining again but I don’t think the latest plan will suit me either, I’m much happier sticking to a calorie goal. I do miss the…

I would definitely see a Physio. I had pain in my hip which I thought was muscular or it band, and I put off going for ages thinking that I could resolve it with the right stretching etc. Turns out I have a congenital deformity to my femur and acetabulum which required surgical intervention. If I had carried on as I was I…

I managed 40 min of my pt session yesterday before i had to rush to the vet. We had to make the very difficult decision to put penny rabbit to sleep. I was lucky enough to share an hour of cuddles with her before and to be there in her last moments. Needless to say I’ve been a mess since and haven’t even thought about…

I really liked obese-a year to save my life. Chris Powell takes individuals and helps them transform themselves. Some beautifully moving stories. Jessie Pavelka also does a uk based one

Unfortunately not. Today was a very sad day

177 lb this morning. That’s 1.4 off this week. Not bad considering that I’ve not done as much exercise as I wanted this week.

Didn’t make it to my gym class last night. My bunny is poorly and we had to get her to the vets urgently. Feeling very sad this morning.
-
I have done it in the past, under the supervision of a dietician.
-
Really busy today so no time for a specific workout. Probably won’t tomorrow either as bunny is having an op and I’ll want to keep an eye once he’s home. I’ll make up for it Friday!

I have femeroacetabular impingement syndrome in my left hip. This means that my sockets are abnormally deep and additionally I have a bump on my femur which catches on the socket. It causes constant pain and fatigue. I take 2 naproxen a day and paracetamol when needed. I am still pretty active, I train at the gym…
