  • You can create a recipie in my fitness pal. Just add what you usually have like your coffee or tea and creamer and save it. Then all you do each day is add it to your diary.

  • I only just went today for the first time. I plan on doing a a mix of cardio on the machines and weights to strengthen as well. I want to work up to doing fitness classes. I have had low back pain on and of for 5 years now after having my kids.

  • I'm having the same problem. I've just joined MFP and started healthy eating recently. From what I've read online it could possibly be to do with the difference in the amount of carbs your eating if you have reduced it a lot from what you used to eat. It will supposedly take a few weeks for our body's to adjust x
