Feel free to add me everyone

That's me... add away.

Macrostax is a scam - they rip all their numbers from MyFitnessPal and the foods they offer are a joke. Buggy and no refunds. Avoid!

Very dark chocolate works for me. I can't eat too much of it as it's not at all sweet, but it's nice with some natural peanut butter or raspberries. Also try melting it and dipping in pieces of fruit.

Wondering how often you’re feeling this? 1-2x a month I wouldn’t worry so much and just work it into your plan. 3-4 times a week? I would check what is happening with your emotions. Can I recommend Brooke Castillo’s Life Coach School podcast series? It’s amazing for identifying how you’re feeling and how that causes…

I find the energy truly only comes a couple of weeks after you start. So it’s a matter of toughing out the hard yards in the beginning - and then it gets a lot easier and exercise can become a fun part of the day as you sleep and eat better too. Can you combine the kids and exercise at all? Kids love to get out and about…

Hugs to you. I’ve found Brooke Castillo’s The Life Coach School podcast really helpful for these feelings. Your son will be a star! I’m happy there is a trend towards the world recognising neurodiversity - though it’s tough parenting them.

I enjoy keto type eating though don't do it too currently - add me if you'd like, i'll be supportive.

Sent you a message, and feel free to add me, anyone else! I like a busy timeline.
-
Ditto for me - I'm a regular poster and love offering support

I used the barcode scanner on my products, measuring and weighing exactly. Of course your results may vary. Anyone who’s worried about the impact of a 8g piece of chocolate on their entire day is probably going to be weighing all their own ingredients anyway. For Pete’s sake people where are the “yum looks great thanks,…

Coconut oil is high in saturated fat, and yes, these are pure fat! It's personal preference as to whether that matters to you in your eating plan or not. (For the record, I eat coconut oil regularly and have excellent LDL/HDL results). But I didn't post this to get into a coconut oil saturated-fat discussion! I find that…

OMG HOW. can I please be your friend and learn all your secrets :D

I love this idea and sometimes do it, but always ignore it and go with “what I feel like” in the moment instead. I’m so obsessed with cooking and food! And way too impulsive... I do have a rate of 1lb a week thanks :)

All welcome to add me!
-
That goes for me too... I love all the updates and group motivation on my newsfeed.

Bump! I’ve meet some great folks but still keen to discuss foods and recipes with my newsfeed.

I suppose there are two options: deliberately plan to take the time off and forgive yourself for it, or plan some gentle exercise for that day and just do it. Maybe make it your deep stretching or new route to walk days. There’s a lot going on in your body and mind at this time and you definitely don’t need to beat…

Have to admit I’m needing to approach fructose/sugar as akin to an alcoholic. I basically cannot eat it. Maybe once a week - but more than that and I begin to go haywire with mood swings, stress, intrusive and overwhelming food cravings, months of bingeing and even puffiness in my eyes and blockerd sinuses. Too much fruit…

You can do it!

Feel free to add me. I'm exactly the same, and so over it. Happy to be an accountability buddy or someone to panic-message when you're feeling overwhelmed! (that goes for all of you too)
-
Add me! Good luck.

I have had bouts of depression and anxiety and food seems to be one of the major impacts on my mood. Please add me as a friend if you’d like.

I'll add you... ignore the know-it-alls on the boards and do what works for you!
