Some time last year I injured my hip and did several months of physical therapy. In spite of only being allowed to do very light exercise, I lost 60 pounds. I got the ok to go workout again and went back to my Zumba class. At 243 pounds I always needed a few breaks and wasn't always able to jump. At 183 pounds I didn't…

I'm not that far, about 20 pounds. It would be nice to go the doctor and not have the print out say I'm overweight

That's a good idea, I'll have to borrow a tape measure. I'm 5'8". The top end of the BMI puts me at 165. New goals!

That's probably true. I've never tried using a food scale, I'll have to YouTube how to do it. My doctor knows surprisingly little about nutrition, and my insurance wouldn't cover a dietician unless it was related to an approved health problem. Maybe using the scale will help enough

I don't weigh but I use measuring cups. I get light headed sometimes, idk why it's not enough.
