I'm no longer obese!!
Woah, as of today I'm officially no longer obese! It took a year and 60 lbs. The weight comes off a lot more slowly now, I wonder if I'll ever really get into the normal range.

Scared to size down my wedding ring
This morning at the gym while I was jogging on a treadmill it flew off. I was lucky I found it, but I'm afraid of having it resized before I lose more weight as I've got another 30 lbs to go. Has anybody else dealt with this?

Adjusting calories when you can't walk

I'm wondering if I might have more muscle than before? How do you pick a goal weight? I feel like getting into what BMI says…

How to log most accurately
Hello! Just bought my first food scale and I've been trying to figure out how to best log my food. There seem to be a lot of kind of random entries on this site, how do you determine which is most accurate and best log them?

Stuck and hoping for help
Hi all! I'm new here :) So in January this year I hit my all time high of 243 pounds. I decided to do something about it, and by May I was down to 198. However, I'm still that same weight. Due to a hip injury, the only workout I can really do is light walking and upper body exercise, which I do three times a week. (Plus…
