Sprained my ankle

Just down today. I'd been making good fitness progress until I sprained my ankle yesterday and ruptured a ligament. :( I guess it could be months until I can be really active again and I'm on crutches for a week or two.

    There are ways to modify everything and I’ve know people who’ve done do. I’m not the expert in this, just sayin’. Also watch your calories while less active.
