I'm no longer obese!!

Woah, as of today I'm officially no longer obese! It took a year and 60 lbs. The weight comes off a lot more slowly now, I wonder if I'll ever really get into the normal range.

A year ago, were you wondering if you would ever stop being obese?
There are, as you know, no quick fixes. Even bariatric surgery is a life long commitment. You will get there. For now, just savour the fact that you have made it this far. It took a tremendous amount of discipline, motivation and self-discipline.
