Unfortunately I see the signs in all those stores every day EBT accepted in everything from Fast Food to 7/11 when they should be at grocery stores buying affordable food.

Wrap your knee up nice and tight that should help. Also try taking a Advil after breakfast and dinner for a week see how you feel towards the end of that week. Work in exercise so you can eat a little more just track your exercise and add it so you can have a snack or a bigger lunch or dinner.

If you want big arms skip the curls and work the triceps. Do Pull downs on the rope 6 sets of 10 heavy 6 sets of 30 light and your arms will swell up pretty fast. The Triceps are by far the biggest muscle in your arms.

It seems very reasonable to me parks have always done things like this for safety reasons... Nobody is forced to go there if your overweight past Roller Coaster rules maybe that's not a great weekend trip to take unless you plan on skipping the rides like anyone else who might have a condition like hearts and or backs…

Couldn't be against it much more but providing the calorie information should already be happening. Luckily I live in the US. I don't think it's the Govt's place at all people should make informed decisions and live with it.

I was surprised how great this site is just counting calories I lost almost 20 pounds in a month.

I would say either offset the calories with exercise so you have wiggle room. OR You can do what I'm doing first two meals stuff like plain oatmeal half cup every 2-3 hours so your not to hungry. There are a lot of foods that don't taste great but can at least give you a nice full feeling. It's not tasty but leaves you…
