I've been looking for this post for a while. I like to try new meats all the time and I really enjoy the different organs. So far chicken hearts are awesome. I do like liver (pork, chicken and beef). I've had goat spleen i probably over cooked it or didn't do it right cause it ended up chewy but still good after I cut it…

How exactly do you add friends on this app? I haven't been able to figure it out. Also add me cause I don't know what I'm doing and have no friends

Peel and slice zucchini put it in a Tupperware container in the fridge and use them as dip chips they are the best. No juice relatively little taste goes good with all dips and butters

I think you got to do what makes you happy. Dieting is what you do to control or reduce your weight and become healthy. Once you feel you've done that you maintain it but it must 'feel' right to you. Definitely works I've been doing it for a few months now and I'm down 9.2. Tough in the beginning when your body switches over to fat burning mode but your cravings go away and your focus improves by leaps and bounds. I struggle with a lot of cooking and dishes but it's very worth it imo

Look into ketogenic diet. Or lower your omega 6 fat intake.

Add more healthy fats to your diet and lower your carbs early in the day. HEALTHY fats such as oils, nuts, fatty fish, and oil salad dressings will make you feel full faster. Carbs spike insulin which slows down fat loss and the sugar turns on your hunger...have carbs later in the day in your last meals and don't snack…

If your working out daily eat around 1000-1200 cals atleast depending on your size. Low carbs, higher in healthy fats and medium protien. I've lost 9.2 pds in a month with 5% carbs, 73% fat and 22% protien. Moderate work out
