Getting started and waiting for results is the hardest part. Stick with it and you will do great.

I'm always up for new friends to motivate and be motivated by. Sending a request your way.

I have been able to get the member search feature to work on the website. So you might want to try the website for that (if you're using the app). Great job on losing 27 lbs. Good luck!

I know it's gotten me psyched up to lose some more.

Hey now, Nintendo is the cool kind of nerdy, lol. But anyway, sending you a request. Sounds like you have a good start on the diet, great job on the 36lbs lost.

Hey Pete, if you are using the website (not sure about the app) you click on the person's name and a box will pop up. Then you click their name one more time and it will take you to their profile. There, you just hit the "add as friend" button on their profile and enter a comment if you want to and hit the "add as friend"…

I find fresh peaches make a perfect snack. They are low in calories and fairly large, so they fill me up enough to get through to the next meal or when it's time for bed.

Based on your profile, sounds like you are making a good time at your dieting and workout plan. Congrats on enjoying it, not many people do. Hope you have a ton of success!

Nah, I just use the website version, I haven't downloaded the app yet. Sorry about that.

Pizza, lots and lots of pizza. It is my weakness, and I'm proud to say I ignored the free pizza they had at my workplace the other day. Especially considering I had already ate lunch by the time they offered it.

Have you tried chewing gum instead of eating when you're stressed? It might help cut back on the extra eating. What I found that tends to work for me is remembering that my stomach is only as big as my fist. So I try to eat meals that would fill up an area the size of my fist.

Congratulations! I'm in the same boat. I kept on trying to do a diet, but after a couple of weeks I'd quit for one reason or another. But now I'm almost at a month now, and I think this site is what has kept me on track. So if I can do it, you can. Keep it up.

Hey Melanie, I just sent the friend request. Thanks.

I would love to have some more active friends to help keep me motivated, and vice versa.

Wow, now this is an inspirational story. Great job and making a healthier you!

You can eat healthy almost anywhere. You just have to look at the nutrition facts to make sure you're getting the right things.

I agree with Nutmegoreo, speaking to her doctor would be the best line of action.

I would love to have more friends to keep me motivated (and jealous at watching everyone shedding pounds, lol).

Thanks @AlexYachiru , I just sent you a request.

Sent you a request. Like I said in it, your body type is the type I'm going to strive for once I lose my excess weight.

Go to the food database, and type in the type of food you are looking to edit. As long as it doesn't have a green checkmark, you will see an Edit button pop up by the words Nutrition Facts after you click on the food. After you edit the information, there is a place at the bottom to say what you edited and why (This is not…

Wow, first off, congratulations on losing 58 pounds! My starting was 290, and I just hit the 20 pound mark this morning and that was hard enough as is, so congrats again.

I know it's not the always the best solution for all households, but could you buy a couple of weights and have a spot you can keep them? That way, even if you can't get to the gym, you are still able to work out a bit at home.
