I agree with you! I am not even close to doing anything race related but the fact that I can plank and lift and do push-ups and still walk after my training sessions with my trainer and group makes me so proud to be 51 and in the game

TMI maybe but I go at least 2x a day, my morning situation is a couple of trips then in the afternoon since I started eating much much better than I used to eat. I think your schedule seems fine! All bodies are different.

800, oh my. That’s really low I think by any standard. I do know if I eat lower than 1300 my body just holds all my weight as it thinks there is no tomorrow. For me eating every 3 hours with macros has helped my body believe food is coming and is burning it for fuel given that I don’t tank my carb number.

@jjpptt2 do you just build your tomorrow? I just started that along with just using one meal to log all so I could see the climb easy visually. Really need to get my protein up.

I posted earlier in this thread about thinking body pump was boring. I think what was boring to me was just my mindset, and the fact that I was too scared to hurt myself. I took it again this week after this post and lowered my weights. Duh. I was able to keep my form and do it!

I love body combat my instructor is bouncing energetic and pushes me even though my body is screaming. It is generally not pretty no matter how pink and jazzy my outfit is.
