Week 1: 152lbs It’s frustrating because I’m not losing any new weight I bounce up and down from151-155lbs and I did that with 160-165 for months n only just broke it but I’m not doing anything different so I don’t know why it does this :(

I’m not looking forward to the next weigh in I went to a Halloween party yesterday had no candy had no pizza no nothing I had nothing because I knew I couldn’t add any calculations of how many Cals to this app and I am up a damn pound I know it’s probably water weight or something but I’m irritated

Hi! I’m 151 5 ft 2 inches! So 10lbs will put me at 141lbs not far from my UGW of 135lbs. Do we do weekly weigh ins here, if so any particular day ?

Plans only work for me a short time. I have lost 100 lbs and yes every now and again il try new things like low carb etc but the thing is I listen to my body and if I’m not into a plan I move on lol. That sounds a good goal with the 60oz that is what I need to do ! Il add that to my goal for November. For some reason if I don’t think About it I will just have like 2 small bottles of water. Hmm my first challenge and I don’t think it’s working for me :neutral: weighing daily seems to be discouraging me because I’m still on plan but haven’t lost in 2 days and if I waited a week I wouldn’t have known I stayed the same weight lol

When you were doing traditional method did you weigh your food in grams everything you put in your mouth including oils to cook etc ? How many Cals were you eating ? 900 is quite low it’s your choice but I’d make sure you were really eating At a deficit and logging the correct Cals
