    OCT. 22: 177.8 Spent the last few days in the big city at my DB’s house following his surgery. Lots of take out and too much junk. I’m a million miles from my goals. Back on track today. I better do some prep cooking.

    OCT. 29: 177.0 What an up & down week this has been, full of multiple travels! My mammogram & appointments at the University Hospital Cancer center turned out well-still in remission here, as far as we can tell. I am trying to get back on track and to debloat. I will check back in on the October 31st for my final October weight loss weight.

    I’m not looking forward to the next weigh in I went to a Halloween party yesterday had no candy had no pizza no nothing I had nothing because I knew I couldn’t add any calculations of how many Cals to this app and I am up a damn pound I know it’s probably water weight or something but I’m irritated

    OCT. 22: 177.8 Spent the last few days in the big city at my DB’s house following his surgery. Lots of take out and too much junk. I’m a million miles from my goals. Back on track today. I better do some prep cooking.
    OCT. 29: [/b][/b][/color=red]177.0[/b][/b][/color=red] What an up & down week this has been, full of multiple travels! My mammogram & appointments at the University Hospital Cancer center turned out well-still in remission here, as far as we can tell. I am trying to get back on track and to debloat. I will check back in on the October 31st for my final October weight loss weight.
