    My aim is to lose up to the end of October when it's my birthday, but maintain if not lose over November and December.

    Sept. 17: 159.4 🤨😫
    Sept. 23: 159.4( bang on the same again. Going to weigh self less and relook at thing. I should have lost every week, so something is going on here).

    @dbhappy - I figure you have the entire month to reach your goal, not just to your last scheduled September weigh in. I’m going to input my “September Actual” with a weigh in on October 1 - that will give me the entire month of September to reach my goal, and is more accurate IMO

    I'm finishing up a September weight loss challenge, so I thought this would be a good thread to join. I've been losing slowly, only about 4 pounds this month, so instead of worrying about losing a certain amount per month, I'm just concerned with losing each weigh in. So let's do this!
