    @deepwoodslady, Thanks Donna, it seems to be sticking, but you know fluid retention is never far from me. Even today's weight reflects the fluid. You are doing very well, BUT DONNA, NO. I don't care what you are craving, walking down a dark path an acre away in the middle of the night? No. With snakes, deer, fox, coyotes and bears! that you could encounter and be injured? DOUBLE NO GIRL! PLEASE PLEASE do not do that anymore.❤


    Tish: I thought if I kept it in that far-away deep freeze it would stop me from getting into it, but it didn't. So from now on, I will keep it in my kitchen freezer (when I have it). Either I will stay strong, or I will stay safe (as you recommend). But I will take your advice and not go out and encounter those things that go bump in the night.

    I'm in NZ, hence the kg. It'll also mean I look like I'm posting a day early because of the time difference. 

    I wondered if people were clicking 'woo' because of my speed of weight loss, but a lot of people have 'woos' which does seem strange. I'd love an explanation why.

    If anyone IS wondering about my speed of weight loss, both my doctor and my dietitian have approved my diet, and both are also comfortable with my weight loss speed.
